Biography

As a Psychometrist at the Neurodevelopmental and Psychological Services Centre (Centre de services psychologiques et neurodéveloppementaux, NPSCSPN), Justin delivers high-quality bilingual support to clinicians and clients in French and English.

He joined the Neurodevelopmental and Psychological Services Centre as a Psychometrist in October 2025, after gaining administrative experience in a clinical setting with Dr. Narvaez Linares since 2024.

Justin is currently pursuing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (M.Ed.) at the University of Ottawa, after earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Feminism and Gender Studies from the same institution.

Dr. Kolmogorova is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).

Dr. Lydia Muyingo completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Dalhousie University. She completed her pre-doctoral residency training in Clinical Child Psychology at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).

Dr. Muyingo is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) in supervised practice. She offers intervention/psychotherapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, and families aged 6 to 17.

Dr. Narvaez Linares completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Behavioural Neurosciences and a concentration in Children, Adolescents and Family Services at the University of Ottawa. He pursued post-doctoral training in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), in School Psychology at the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB), and in Clinical Psychology in private practice.

Dr. Narvaez Linares is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and l’Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ).

He offers services to children, adolescents, and families aged 2 to 19 in the areas of Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, and School Psychology.

Biography

Arely Lilia Rodrigue Alcocer, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral clinician. She earned her Ph.D. in Education Studies in the field of School and Applied Child Psychology at Western University. Over the last five years, she has gained experience conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments across educational and clinical settings, working with children, adolescents, and young adults.

In addition to her clinical work, she is involved in neuroscience research at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) Research Institute, where she contributes to research focused on rare neurodevelopmental disorders.

Arely Lilia Rodrigue Alcocer, Ph.D. is currenlty awaiting the approval for her supervised practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) under the supervision of Dr. Nicolás F. Narvaez Linares, C. Psych.

Upon approval, she will provide services to children, adolescents, and families aged 6 to 19. Her areas of training and experience include clinical and school psychology.
